摘要
近年来,农村小规模学校问题已经逐渐受到世界各国的普遍关注。农村小规模学校是俄罗斯教育体系的重要组成部分,其发展存在着资金运转不足、办学条件相对较差、师资队伍建设亟待加强、生源持续减少等问题。针对这些问题,俄罗斯农村小规模学校在发展中探索出了小学—幼儿园、基础性学校—分校、农村学校联合体、农村社会文化综合体等发展模式。这些模式取得了显著效果,积累了经验教训,对我国农村小规模学校的发展具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
In recent years, the problem of small-scale schools in rural areas has been gradually concerned in many countries. In Russian, the rural small-scale school is an im- portant part of the whole education system, which meets with insufficient funds security, poor running conditions, severe teacher problems and the declining students. In view of these problems, the Russia rural small-scale schools have explored several development modes, such as the Primary-kindergarten Integration, the Basic School-branch, the Rural School Union and the Rural Social-cultural Integration. These modes have obtained the remarkable effects and accumulated many experiences and lessons, which will bring some en- lightenments and references to the development of rural small-scale school in our country.
