摘要
目的分析颜面部纳米脂肪移植联合线雕在矫治面部老化中的效果。方法选择我院自2014年1月-2017年4月收治的114例行矫治面部老化手术患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组57例。对照组单纯给予线雕术,观察组给予纳米脂肪移植联合线雕术,对两组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组面部改善优良率为91.23%明显高于对照组71.93%(P<0.05)。结论要有效的改善面部老化状况,减低并发症发生率,可首先考虑颜面部纳米脂肪移植联合线雕。
Objective To analyze the effect of facial ministry nano fat transplantation combined with line carving in the treatment of facial aging.Methods 114 patients with facial aging operation were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group and observation group, 57 patients in each group. In the control group, the treatment effect was compared between two groups of patients.Results theimprovement rate of facial improvement was 91.23% in the observation group, compared with 71.93% in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion To improve the facial aging condition and reduce the incidence of complications, we can first consider the combination offacial skin nanofat transplantation.
