摘要
目的探讨低负技术在面部颗粒脂肪填充中的应用。方法回顾性分析2019年8月~2021年5月在我院整形美容科治疗的105例接受面部脂肪填充患者的临床资料,均使用低负压吸脂及全面部颗粒脂肪填充,低负压抽吸腹部或大腿内外侧脂肪,经沉淀、漂洗、离心、提纯后获得颗粒脂肪,对额部、颞部、颧部、鼻唇沟、面颊等面部凹陷部进行面部注射颗粒脂肪,剩余的脂肪组织制成富含血管基质片段的胶状物质保存,3个月后补充注射1次,评估临床效果、不良反应发生率、治疗满意度。结果额部、颞部、颧部、鼻唇沟等治疗有效率均较高,总有效率为97.14%;105例中,发生凹凸不平5例(4.76%)、填充区淤青1例(0.95%)、填充区肿胀2例(1.90%);所有不良反应均为轻度,经热敷或按摩处理后可自行消失,无瘢痕、感染、脂肪液化、栓塞等严重并发症发生;所有患者的满意度均较高,总满意率高达98.10%。结论低负技术在面部颗粒脂肪填充中的应用效果显著,能有效改善面部轮廓,恢复面部饱满,促进面部年轻化,且不良反应发生率低,具有可靠的美容效果。
Objective To explore the application of low negative technology in facial particle fat filling.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 105 patients receiving facial fat filling treated in our hospital from August 2019-May 2021,All filled with low negative pressure liposuction and comprehensive grain fat,low negative pressure suction abdominal or inner and outer thigh fat,after precipitation,rinse,centrifuge and purification,face injection of granular fat on the forehead,temporal,cheekbones,nose,lips and cheeks,the remaining fat tissue is made into colloudinous substances rich in vascular matrix fragments,one supplementary injection after 3 months,assess clinical effects,incidence of adverse reactions,and treatment satisfaction.Result The frontal,temporal,cheekatic,nasal lip and groove treatment efficiency are high,the total efficiency of 97.14%;Of 105 cases,5 uneven cases(4.76%),1 filling area bruises(0.95%),and 2 swelling in the filling area(1.90%)occurred;All adverse reactions are mild,and can disappear after hot compress or massage treatment,and no scar,infection,fat liquefaction,embolism and other serious complications occur;All patients had high satisfaction with a total satisfaction rate of 98.10%.Conclusion The application of low negative technology in facial particle fat filling has a remarkable effect,which can effectively improve facial contour,restore facial fullness,promote facial rejuvenation,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which has a reliable beauty effect.
