摘要
目的研究自体脂肪颗粒分层注射移植在面部年轻化手术中的临床应用价值。方法选取49例面部老化的女性患者,运用直径不一的抽吸针于下腹部或者大腿前外侧抽吸脂肪,将得到的脂肪颗粒进行静置、过滤、细化等操作,面部萎缩凹陷位置先用比较大的脂肪颗粒填充好,再将细小脂肪颗粒浅层注射于老化特征比较明显的位置如人中、鼻唇沟、深层皱纹、唇峰等处,观察注射前后面部的改善情况。结果术后医师评价优良例数42例(85.71%);患者自评43例(87.76%);第三方评价45例(91.84%)。治疗后,患者QOL生活质量量表中情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能以及总体生活质量评分予治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且术后未出现相关并发症。结论自体脂肪颗粒分层注射移植能显著改善面部老化后女性病患皮肤质地和皱纹,疗效较佳,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To research and analyse clinical application value of autologous fat granules injection [ Key wordsl transplantation in face juvenescence operation. Methods Forty-nine cases of female patients with facial aging were selected, using varying diameter aspiration needle in the lower abdomen or anterolateral thigh fat suction. The fat particles obtained was allowed to stand, filtering, thinning and other operations. The relatively large fat particles were filled in facial atrophy concave position, then small fat granule were injected into the position of the obvious features of senescence, such as phihrum, nasolabial groove, deep wrinkles, lip peak, etc. for shallow injection. The facial improvement was observed before and after injection. Results After surgery, good number of cases evaluated by doctors was 42 cases ( 85.71% ), evaluated by self-assessment of patients was 43 cases (87.76%), and by third-party was 45 cases (91.84%). After treatment, the differences of motional function, role function, social function and the overall quality of life scores of patients' QOL in the quality of life scale compared with before treatment were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and related complications after surgery did not appeared. Conclusion Autologous fat granules layered injection transplantation can significantly improve skin texture and wrinkles of female patient's facial aging. Curative effect of facial rejuvenation was obvious and clinical application value was outstanding.
