摘要
目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植术在正上睑凹陷美容修复中的应用效果。方法选择2015年10月~2018年2月我院接诊60例正上睑凹陷患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组实施透明质酸填充剂注射矫治正上睑凹陷的方法,研究组实施自体脂肪颗粒移植术矫治正上睑凹陷的方法。治疗后,比较两组手术后的临床效果及并发症发生率。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后发炎、感染、肿胀等并发症总发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(23.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体脂肪颗粒移植术在正上睑凹陷美容修复中的应用效果显著,术后并发症发生率低,是一种美容修复安全、满意、理想的手术方法,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of autologous fat granule transplantation in the cosmetic repair of depression of the upper eyelid. Methods From October 2015 to February 2018, 60 patients with depression of the upper eyelid in our hospital were selected and divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with hyaluronic acid filler injection for correction of upper eyelid depression. The study group was treated with autologous fat granule transplantation for correction of upper eyelid depression. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical efficacy rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications such as inflammation, infection and swelling (6.67%) in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (23.33%), there was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Autologous fat granule transplantation is a safe, satisfactory and ideal method for cosmetic repair of upper eyelid depression, which has a remarkable effect and a low incidence of complications, and it is worth popularizing widely in clinic.
