摘要
目的观察ICU护士自主排班制度对护理工作环境及护士共情能力的影响。方法于2016年12月—2017年12月对我院63名ICU护士采取不同排班制度,观察自主排班(32例)与分权排班(31例)对护理工作环境量和护士共情能力的影响。结果自主排班护士护理工作环境量表得分和护士共情能力量表得分均高于分权排班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在分权排班模式更改为自主排班后,护理工作环境量表亦得分和护士共情能力评分亦明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自主排班有利于改善护理工作环境,提高护士共情能力。
Objective To observe the effect of ICU nurses' self-study schedule on nursing work environment and nurse empathy. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017, 63 cases of ICU nurses in our hospital took different schedules to observe the self-regrowth (32 cases) and decentralization (31 cases) on the nursing work environment scale (PES) and The Clinical Medical Staff Edition Empathy Rating Scale (JES-HP) scored. Results The scores of self-scheduled nurses' nursing work environment scales and the nursing work environment scales were obviously higher in the nurse who given the self-scheduled mode than those in the nurse who given decentralization, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05); and the scores of self-scheduled nurses' nursing work environment scales and the nursing work environment scales were improved after the decentralization shift pattern was changed to self-scheduled shifts, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Self-scheduling can help to improve the nursing work environment and improve the ability of nurses to empathize.
