摘要
目的探讨出生日期为1990-01-01-1999-12-31(简称"90后")低年资ICU护士自我怜悯、应对方式与职业倦怠的相关性,为培养低年资ICU护士自我怜悯能力和积极应对方式以及减轻护士职业倦怠提供相应依据。方法2019-02-01对南阳医学高等专科学校3所附属医院(第一附属医院116名,第二附属医院68名,第三附属医院62名)的246名ICU护士进行问卷调查。将问卷制作成电子问卷,问卷首页设置统一指导语,以问卷星的方式进行调查。包括ICU一般资料调查表、自悯量表、简易应对方式量表及护士职业倦怠量表。共发放问卷246份,剔除无效问卷6份,回收有效问卷240份。结果240名低年资ICU护士的自我怜悯总分为(88.69±9.52)分,处于中等水平。不同学历、任职方式、职称、婚姻状况、收入满意度及月收入水平的低年资ICU护士其自我怜悯得分均不相同,均P<0.05。240名低年资ICU护士消极应对评分为(1.58±0.65)分,高于全国常模的(1.14±0.42)分,差异有统计学意义,t=9.914,P<0.001;积极应对评分为(1.74±0.49)分,略低于全国常模的(1.79±0.51)分,差异无统计学意义,t=1.352,P=0.177。低年资ICU护士职业倦怠总分为(44.12±20.03)分,职业倦怠程度以中度水平为主。个人成就感得分为(19.27±6.45)分,低于杭州常模的(20.86±8.69)分,t=2.668,P=0.008;去人格化得分为(7.02±5.33)分,高于杭州常模的(5.04±4.93)分,t=5.517,P<0.001;情感衰竭得分为(28.70±10.23)分,高于杭州常模的(22.65±9.58)分,t=8.698,P<0.001。多因素回归分析结果显示,自我怜悯总分、消极应对评分、编制、职称及月收入水平是90后低年资ICU护士职业倦怠的主要影响因素,均P<0.05。结论提供公平、合理及具有竞争力的薪酬体系,提高自我怜悯水平,降低消极应对方式处理问题的倾向,关注心理素质及临床积极应对方式的培养,均对降低90后低年资ICU护士的职业倦怠水平具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the correlation between self-pity,coping style and job burnout of post-90 sICU nurses with low experience,so as to provide corresponding basis for cultivating self-pity ability and active coping style of ICU nurses with low experience,and alleviating job burnout of nurses.Methods February 1,2019,aquestionnaire survey was conducted among 246 ICU nurses in 3 affiliated hospitals of Nanyang Medical College(116 in the First Affiliated Hospital,68 in the Second Affiliated Hospital and 62 in the Third Affiliated Hospital).The questionnaire was made into an electronic questionnaire,and a unified instruction was set on the front page of the questionnaire to conduct the survey in the form of a questionnaire star.ICU general data questionnaire,self-compassion scale,simple coping style scale,nurse burnout scale.A total of 246 questionnaires were issued,of which 6 invalid questionnaires were excluded and 240 valid questionnaires were recovered.Results The total score of self-pity of 240 ICU nurses with low experience was88.69±9.52,which was in the middle level.The scores of self-pity of ICU nurses with low experience were different with different education background,employment mode,professional title,marital status,income satisfaction,and monthly income(all P<0.05).The negative response score(1.58±0.65)of 240 junior ICU nurses was significantly higher than the national norm(1.14±0.42),with a statistically significant difference(t=9.914,P<0.001).The positive response score(1.74±0.49)was slightly lower than the national norm(1.79±0.51),with no significant difference(t=1.352,P=0.177).The total score of burnout of ICU nurses with low years of experience was 44.12±20.03,the degree of burnout was mainly at the moderate level.The score of personal accomplishment was 19.27±6.45,lower than that Hangzhou norm(20.86±8.69),t=2.668,P=0.008.Depersonalization was 7.02±5.33,higher than that Hangzhou norm(5.04±4.93),t=5.517,P<0.001.Emotional exhaustion was 28.70±10.23,higher than that Hangzhou norm(22.65±9.5
