摘要
目的了解重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)护士胜任力与共情能力的现状及其相关性。方法 2015年1-3月,便利抽样法选取哈尔滨市4所三级甲等医院的200名在ICU工作的护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版杰弗逊共情量表和ICU护士胜任力量表对其进行调查。结果 ICU护士共情能力得分为(109.69±10.54)分,胜任力得分为(189.79±21.73)分。ICU护士共情能力总分及3个分量表得分(情感护理、观点采择、换位思考)均与胜任力总分呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 ICU护理管理者应注重护士共情能力的培养,提高护士的工作胜任力,从而提高ICU护理工作质量。
Objective To understand current situation of ICU nurses’empathy ability and competency,and to clarify the relationship between them.Methods By convenience sampling,200 ICU nurses were selected and inves-tigated by general scale,Chinese version of Jefferson Empathy Scale and ICU Nurses’Competency Scale.Results The score of empathy ability was (109.69±10.54).The score of competency was (189.79±21.73).The total score of empathy ability and scores of three dimensions (emotional nursing care,perspective taking,transpositonal con-sideration)were positively correlated with competency score (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusions Nursing managers in ICU should pay attention to the development of nurses’empathy ability,and improve their work competence,thus to improve the quality of nursing in ICU.
