摘要
麦秸秆是麦类农作物成熟后茎秆脱去麦粒后的部分。将经改性处理的麦秸秆应用于水泥基复合材料中可增强材料整体的力学性能与耐久性能,这有利于降低因麦秸秆堆放产生的环境问题以及节能减排。介绍了麦秸秆的组成结构与改性处理工艺,综述了水泥基麦秸秆复合材料的定义以及其增韧、保温、防水、耐火等一系列性能,简述了麦秸秆在水泥基复合材料中的作用机理,并对水泥基麦秸秆复合材料的发展进行了展望。
Wheat straw is the part after the wheat grain is removed from stem when the wheat crop is mature.The application of modified wheat straw to cement based composite can enhance the mechanical and durability of the whole material,this will help to reduce the environmental problems caused by the wheat straw is stacking,the energy-saving and emission-reduction.This paper introduced the structure and modification process of wheat straw.The definition,toughening,thermal insulation,waterproof and fireproof performances of cement wheat straw composite were summarized.The mechanism of wheat straw in cement based composite were presented,and the development of cement wheat straw composite were discussed.
