一种耐高矿化度速溶压裂液体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 研发出一种可快速释放黏度,可用海水直接配液的压裂液体系。文章研究发现该稠化剂溶解3 min时黏度释放率即可达90%,经检测该体系冻胶的剪切稳定性、耐温性、滤失性、破胶性等系列性能均满足行业标准要求。文章还对该体系进行了大流量连续配液的实验,考察了体系对连续配液设备的适应性。该研究对海上油田的高效开发具有重要的意义。 A kind of instant fracturing fluid system was developed,prepared directly from seawater.We found viscosity release rate of the thickener could reach as high as 90%when it was dissolved by 3 minutes,and performances of gel meet requirements of industrial stan-dard,such as resistance to shearing stability,heat resistance,filtration resistance and gel breaking property.Large flow continuous distribution of the system was studied to check its adaptation to equipment.The research was of great importance for efficient development of offshore oilfields.
