摘要
目的针对丝瓜络这种天然植物纤维材料的松弛特性进行详尽的力学特性的研究,探究其应用于沙发坐垫弹性填充材料的潜力,以及实际应用的坍塌情况和支撑性能。方法结合实际使用情景模拟人短暂间隔使用沙发和使用多年之后的情境,进行应变松弛与耐久性实验设计。结果高密度丝瓜络压缩之后有一定弹性,有应用于坐垫弹性材料的可能。高密度丝瓜络回弹性能好,经过6 h基本可回弹至原高度水平;高密度的丝瓜络整体抗蠕变性能较好,压缩了20%的高密度丝瓜络蠕变程度最小。高密度丝瓜络在模拟长期反复加载卸载耐久性实验后,没有发生整体塌陷或形变。结论进一步证明了丝瓜络具有成为沙发坐垫中海绵的生物质泡沫材料替代品的潜力。
A detailed study of the mechanical properties of luffa sponge,a natural plant fiber material,was carried out to explore its potential to be applied to the elastic filling material of sofa cushions,as well as its collapse and support performance in practical applications.Combined with actual use scenarios,it simulates people using the sofa at short in-tervals and the situation after many years of use,and conducts strain relaxation and durability test design.After the high-density luffa sponge was compressed,it has a certain degree of elasticity,and it may be applied to cushion elastic materials.The high-density luffa sponge had good resilience and could basically rebound to the original height after 6h;the high-density luffa sponge had better overall creep resistance,and the high-density luffa sponge had the smallest creep degree when compressed 20%of its height.And after simulating the long-term repeated loading and unloading durability test,there was no overall collapse or deformation.It further proves the potential of luffa sponge to become a substitute of biomass foam material for sponge in sofa cushions.
