摘要
研究了麦秸刨花板的热压工艺对其成品基本特性的影响。试验结果表明：采用自行研制的改性脲醛胶，当热压温度１５０ ℃，热压时间５０ｓ／ｍｍ板厚时，压制的密度为０．７５ ｇ／ｃｍ３的麦秸刨花板可以达到ＧＢ／Ｔ４８９７－９２标准中Ａ类刨花板优等品的要求。
The influence of hot-pressing parameters on basic properties of wheat-straw particleboard was researched. The test results showed that when the hot-pressing tempereture was 150 and the hot-pressing time was 50 seconds per rum thickness of panel, the properties of pressed wheat-straw particlebord with density of 0. 75 g/cm3 met the requirements of product of A type specified in the standard GB/T4897-92.
