摘要
在对液压支架工作时所受外载荷特性进行分析的基础上对液压支架进行了受力分析,利用CREO三维软件建立了液压支架的整体三维模型并利用Ansys仿真分析软件对其进行了仿真分析,利用仿真分析结果对液压支架的整体结构进行了优化,使顶梁和掩护梁在铰点处的附加力达到最小,极大提升了矿用液压支架的结构强度和工作时的安全性,对确保煤矿生产企业的安全生产具有十分重要的意义。
Based on the analysis of the external load characteristics of the hydraulic support, the stress of the hydraulic support is analyzed. The integral three-dimensional model of hydraulic support is established by using Creo software,and the simulation analysis is carried out by using Ansys software. The overall structure of hydraulic support is optimized by using the result of simulation analysis. The additional force of the roof beam and the cover beam at the hinge point is minimized, which greatly enhances the structural strength of the hydraulic support and the safety in operation, which is of great significance to ensure the safety production of the coal mine production enterprise.
