摘要
针对全焊接式球阀管线系统在地质灾害中抵抗外载荷能力的问题,运用ABAQUS软件进行数值模拟。通过有限元应力应变分析计算获得相应的应力应变结果,依据ASME和JB/T4732标准的安全(失效)评价规范,对全焊接式球阀及管配系统存在的薄弱环节进行安全性评价,进一步通过积分计算获得该薄弱环节能承载的由极限外载荷引起的极限弯矩和极限轴向力,从而对整个系统抵抗外载荷的能力有了一定的了解和评估,为整个结构系统的改进提供了理论依据。
In view of the problem of resistance of the all-welded ball valve piping system to external load in the geological hazard,the ABAQUS software was employed to carry out numerical simulation. The corresponding results of stress and strain were obtained by finite element analysis,and the safety evaluation was performed on the weak link of the all-welded ball valve and pipe fitting system according to the safety (failure) evaluation specification of ASME and JB/T4732 standards. Furthermore,the limit bending moment and ultimate axial force caused by the limit external load borne by this weak link were obtained through the integral calculation.Thus,certain understanding and evaluation of the ability of the whole system to resist external loads was obtained,which provides some theoretical basis for the improvement of the whole structural system.
