摘要
以某两柱掩护式液压支架为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件建立支架的三维模型,通过相应的配置设置将其导入到ANSYS Workbench中,然后根据煤矿用液压支架通用技术条件,对3种不同工况下的液压支架进行有限元分析,得出不同工况下的等效应力分布规律,找出液压支架最容易破坏的位置,并对支架原有结构提出改进的措施。
