摘要
根据假设条件建立了新型液压冲击器动态数学模型的基本运动方程 ,并对其工作状态进行了分析 ,对其方程进行了归纳综合 ,建立了数字仿真模型 ,编写了仿真优化程序。经仿真优化计算分析 ,仿真优化计算结果与试验结果非常接近 ,表明仿真优化模型正确 ,它能准确方便地研究冲击器结构参数与工作参数对性能参数的影响 。
According to the suppose condition,this paper sets up the basic movement equation of new hydraulic impactor’s dynamic mathematics numerical model,and also analyzed the operation principle and estate of impactor We conclude and colligate its equations,and set up the new hydraulic impactor’s dynamic mathematics numerical model We have written the simulation and optimization program After analyzing the simulation and optimization calculating,the result of the simulation and optimization is close to the result of test It indicates that the simulation and optimization dynamic mathematics numerical model is right It makes easy and credits to analyze the parameters affect the property of impactor So it provides the better design software for the optimization design of hydraulic impactor
