摘要
介绍了新型支腿式水压凿岩机的工作原理、结构形式、主要技术性能参数、关键技术的解决方案和实验室测试数据及在矿山与同类气动凿岩机的对比试验情况。结果表明 ,该水压凿岩机的工作原理及结构型式是可行的 ,凿岩速度在工作压力为 1 1MPa时比气动凿岩机在 0 .5MPa气压时提高 60 %以上 ,噪声比气动凿岩机降低 2 0dB(A) ,而能耗下降 1 /3。
This paper introduced the working principle, main structure, main technical parameters of water-powered rockdrill with supporting leg and the methods of solving key problems, also introduced its performance data measured by testing in laboratory and comparison of drilling data of water-powered rockdrill with YTP 26 pneumatic drill in mine. The experimental results show that the noise of water-powered rockdrill is less 20dB(A) than that of pneumatic rockdrill, the drilling speed of the former is more 60% at 11 MPa pressure than that of the later at 0.5MPa air pressure, and the energy consumption of the former is only 1/3 of the later. So water-powered rockdrill has obvious potential superiority and extensive application future.
