液压凿岩机冲击系统波动力学建模与数值分析 被引量:3

摘要 液压凿岩机是以高压油作为动力,推动活塞撞击钎杆进行工作的冲击机械.冲击系统是液压凿岩机的关键部件,其性能好坏直接影响着液压凿岩机的工作性能.本文以某套阀型液压凿岩机冲击系统为研究对象,基于波动力学理论、测试技术以及数值模拟技术,进行冲击系统动力学特性分析与实验研究,获取钎杆在不同冲击速度下的应力波曲线,对比应力波实验测试曲线和数值模拟曲线,分析表明两者结果较吻合.通过数值仿真模拟可以加快液压凿岩机冲击系统开发进程,为其结构优化设计、改进和能效评估提供依据. Hydraulic rock drill is a kind of impact machine which the piston is driven to impact drill rod on the high-pressure oil. The impact system is the key components of the hydraulic rock drill,its performance directly influences the performance of hydraulic rock drill. In this paper,analysis and experimental study on dynamic characteristics of impact system of valve type hydraulic drilling machine were researched based on the wave mechanics theory,testing technology and numerical simulation. Stress wave curves of the drill rod under different impact velocity were obtained. Numerical simulation and experiment were carried out. The simulation results are shown to be fundamentally consistent with the experimental results. The development process of hydraulic rock drill can speed up through the numerical simulation. This work provides the basis for structure optimization design and energy efficiency assessment.
