四柱大尾梁插板式放顶煤支架降架力分析与结构优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对大尾梁插板式放顶煤过渡支架空载降架困难的现象,着重分析了该型支架的降架力。首先分析放煤机构自重在顶梁铰点处产生的附加力,并进一步推导降架时各部件自重对立柱铰点力的影响。根据实算印证了具体支架降架困难的现象。文章指出,尾梁千斤顶铰点位置和尾梁的极限摆角对降架力影响较大。通过优化尾梁千斤顶铰点,限制尾梁的极限摆角两种措施,解决了具体支架降架困难的现象。 Aiming at the lowering difficulty of top-coal caving plate-insert support with large tail beam,the lowering force of the hydraulic support is analyzed. Firstly,we analyze the additional force generated by the self-weight of the coal releasing mechanism at the hinge point of the top beam,and deduced the influence of weight of each component on hinge force of the vertical column when the support is lowered. According to actual calculations,it is confirmed that it can be difficult for support to descend,and the hinge position of the tail beam jack and the limit swing angle of the tail beam have great influence on the support lowering force. Through the optimization of the tail beam jack hinges and limiting the limit swing angle of the tail beam,the support lowering difficulty can be solved.
