摘要
高职教育是以技能培训及技术应用为主要内容,但从其本质上来说,它的任务不仅仅是教导学生"成事",还要教育学生"成人"和"成才"。那么在探讨如何培育高职学生工匠精神时,高职院校应将工匠精神的培育与思政教育相融合,整合各种教育资源,以思政教育为价值导向,不断推陈出新,积极探索恰当的教育内容、途径和方法用以培育高职学生的工匠精神。
Higher vocational education takes skills training andtechnology application as the main content, but in essence, itstask is not only to teach students to "get a job", but also to teachstudents to "be a responsible person" and "be a useful person".Then in the discussion of how to cultivate higher vocational stu-dents' spirit of artisans, higher vocational colleges should inte-grate the cultivation of artisan spirit with the ideological and po-litical education, integrate all kinds of educational resources andtake the ideological education as the value orientation. In addi-tion, constantly bringing forward new ideas and actively exploringappropriate educational contents, ways and methods to cultivatethe artisan spirit of higher vocational students are also what high-er vocational colleges should do.
