摘要
中国制造2025战略的实现需要工匠精神的传承和创新,工匠精神培育本质上是态度的学习,需经过"顺从、认同、内化"三个阶段。讲好工匠故事能让高职院校师生将工匠精神内化为自我认同的价值观,高职院校可围绕建立故事资源库、搭建故事传播平台、制订故事评价机制三个方面作出探索。
The realization of the 2025 strategy of manufacturing in China needs the inheritance and innovation of craftsman spirit. The cultivation of craftsman spirit is essentially the study of the attitude, and it needs to go through the stages of "obedience, identification and internalization". Through telling a good story of craftsmen in higher vocational colleges, craftsman spirit could be internalized into self identity values. Higher vocational colleges could set up story resource hbrary, build communication platform, and formu- late evaluation mechanism, so as to explore its development.
