摘要
采用固定液比(5∶1),在不同预水解温度(150~190℃)和保温时间(0~120min)下对桉木进行热水预水解研究。利用离子色谱仪定量表征原料及预水解液中糖组分,并测定预水解液的pH、酸溶木素以及糠醛类物质质量分数。确定最佳预水解条件为:液比5∶1,预水解温度190℃,保温时间60min。研究揭示预水解过程中各组分变化规律,为桉木综合利用平台建设提供了理论基础。
Eucalyptus was pre-hydrolyzed by hot water under varied pre-hydrolysis temperature(150-190 ℃),different holding time(0-120 min)and fixed mass ratio of liquid to solid(5∶1).Sugar components in raw material and pre-hydrolysate were determined by ion chromatography,and pH,contents of acid-soluble lignin and furfuraldehydes in pre-hydrolysate were also analyzed.The optimum pre-hydrolysis conditions were obtained as follows:mass ratio of liquid to solid of 5∶1,pre-hydrolysis temperature of 190℃,and holding time of 60 min.The changes of main components in eucalyptus during the pre-hydrolysis process were found out,which could lay a theoretical foundation for comprehensively utilization of eucalyptus.
