摘要
从掌叶大黄根及根茎中得到2种酸性杂多糖DHP-1和DHP-2。重均分子量分别为11万和2.5万。TLC和GC分析表明2种多糖的糖组成完全相同,主要由葡萄糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、来苏糖、木糖、葡萄糖醛酸、半乳糖醛酸组成。
Two homogeneous acidic heteroglycans DHP-1 hnd DHP-2 were obtained from the root of Rheum palmatum, the mean molecular weights being 11×10~4 and 2.5×10~4 respective. It was identified by TLC and GC that both heteroglycans contain the same main residues of glucose, galactose, arabinose, rhamnose, lyxose, xylose, glucuronic acid and galacturonic acid.
