摘要
讨论了速生丰产林的概念.依据政府公布的统计数据、营造林核查结果与媒体报道,分析了速生丰产用材林数量、质量与存在的问题.建议从完善森林分类经营、营造林统计制度、速生丰产用材林的核查、调查方法等方面来切实掌握我国速生丰产用材林基础数据.
This paper discussed the concept of fast-growing and high-yielding plantation and analyzed the quantity and the quality of the plantation and existing problems based on the official statistics,sampling survey of afforestation and media coverage.It suggested improving the accuracy of basic data statistics of fast-growing and high-yielding plantation in our country by perfect forest operational management,silviculture statistics institution,the check of fast-growing and high-yielding timber forest,inventory method and other aspects.
