摘要
为对接高质量建设的长江经济带,作为中部重要省份的湖南,应积极融入长江中游城市群发展。湖南融入长江中游城市群发展具有区位、生态、创新、产业等方面优势,但也在区域发展、产业结构、行政职能、生态条件等方面面临一些制约。借鉴国内外城市群发展模式经验,湖南应从基础设施、要素市场、产业集群、创新发展、行政改革等领域进行战略设计,深度融入长江中游城市群发展,助力长江经济带建设。
To link the economic belt of the Yangtze River with high quality, as an important central province,Hunan should actively be integrated into the development of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of theYangtze River. Firstly, from the aspects of the location, ecology, innovation and industry, the advantages of Hunanare expounded. Secondly, the constraints of Hunan are analyzed from the regional development, industrialstructure, administrative functions and ecological conditions. Finally, according to the experiences and lessons ofthe development model of the urban agglomeration at home and abroad, the strategies for Hunan are proposed inthe fields of the infrastructure, factor market, industrial cluster, innovative development and administrative reform.Through these strategies, Hunan can be deeply integrated into the development of the urban agglomeration in themiddle reaches of the Yangtze River so as to help the construction of the economic belt of the Yangtze River.
