摘要
为了从地理格局视角探讨京津冀协同发展战略的实施效果,该文采用《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》提出的前后对比法,利用NPP-VIIRS夜间灯光数据,在对京津冀各城市建成区范围提取的基础上,计算了景观格局、城市关联度、区位度、基尼系数和首位度等指数,综合反映京津冀地区的协同发展特征。结果显示:①京津冀各城市建成区的空间聚集性不断增强,建成区面积不断增加,而斑块数量变化较少;②京津两市与河北省各市的关联程度有明显提升,主要集中在京津周边城市,且京津周边城市在空间上也更加趋近京津地区;③京津冀各城市发展差距逐渐缩小,河北省各市的区位度整体呈上升趋势,城市群的规模结构逐渐趋于均衡,基尼系数和首位度均呈下降趋势。总体来看,《纲要》实施后,京津冀地区的协同程度明显改善。
In order to explore the implementation impact of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from the perspective of geographical pattern,this paper adopted a comparison method proposed in the“The Planning Outline of Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei”.Using the nighttime light data of NPP-VIIRS,the built-up area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities was extracted and indexes such as urban correlation degree,location degree,Gini coefficient,primacy ratio and landscape pattern were calculated to comprehensively reflect the coordinated development characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results showed that:①the spatial agglomeration of urban built-up areas in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei had been continuously enhanced,the built-up area had kept increasing,and the number of patches had changed less;②the spatial connection between Beijing and Tianjin and the surrounding cities had been continuously strengthened,and the cities around Beijing and Tianjin had been also closer to the Beijing-Tianjin area in space;③the development gaps among Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei cities had been gradually narrowed.The scale and structure of urban agglomerations tended to be balanced gradually,and both the Gini coefficient and the primacy ratio showed a downward trend.Overall,after the implementation of the coordinated development strategy,the degree of coordination in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region had improved significantly.
