摘要
建设长江经济带是国家的一项重大战略,是江西加快发展的又一重大机遇。江西应根据国家长江经济带的战略定位,借鉴沿江各省有益经验,结合自身区位特点、发展重点和比较优势,致力打造长江经济带承东启西的战略腹地、长江经济带转型升级示范区、长江中下游生态安全屏障和全国生态文明建设示范省。为此,应下好规划、交通、昌九先行三着"先手棋",重点推进城市群、产业和生态建设三大对接着力点,创新三大开放平台,进一步提升江西在长江经济带和全国发展大局中的地位和作用。
The development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important national strategy,and is also a major opportunity to accelerate the economic development of Jiangxi province. Jiangxi province should dock the strategic positioning of the national Yangtze River Economic Belt, draw lessons from other provinces, combine with its own regional characteristics, development priorities and comparative advantages,and endeavor to build the junction of the east and the west of the strategic hinterland,the upgrading demonstration zone in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the ecological security barrier in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the state-level ecological demonstration area. Therefore,Jiangxi province should make“the first three good moves”of planning,transportation and development priority to Nanchang-Jiujiang,focus on three docking points of the development of city group,industrial and ecological construction,innovate three open platform, and further enhance its position and function in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the overall development of the country.
