摘要
吉林省地缘位置重要,地处东北亚地区地理几何中心,区位优势突出,制造业资源丰富,产业基础较好。长春市作为国家"一带一路"战略规划中确定的"中蒙俄经济走廊"节点城市,与吉林市一起构成了长吉图开发开放战略腹地。珲春市是中国唯一濒临日本海的沿海城市,是图们江国际合作区域的核心地区,亦是东北亚海上丝绸之路的重要枢纽。当前,世界经济进入深度调整期,把握区域合作新动向,探讨吉林省产业集聚现象,发现优势并寻找战略契合点,对推动东北亚区域经济合作与吉林省融入"一带一路"战略选择具有积极意义。
Jilin province is an important geopolitical position, at the geometric center of Northeast Asia geography; geographical advantage prominent, the manufacturing industry is rich in resources, good industrial base. Changchun City as a national ＂ One Belt and One Road ＂ plan ＂identified in Mongolia and Russia economic corridor＂ node city, With the Jilin city together constitute the Changjitu strategic hinterland. Here is the only China on the sea of Japan＇s coastal city of Hunchun City, is the core area of international cooperation in Tumen river area, is an important hub of Northeast Asia maritime silk road. At present, the world economy into a deep adjustment period, grasp the new trend of regional cooperation, Jilin province to investigate the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration, found the advantages, looking for strategic meeting point. To promote regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and Jilin province into ＂along the way＂ strategy has positive significance.
