Since the implementation of the strategy of "the Belt and the Road", Jilin Province, as the northern line node provinces in Northeast Asia to build a transport hub, by the sea, the establishment of a border trade zone, the implementation of these paths and strategic depth fit. At the same time, the Belt and the Road, the domestic line radiation provinces active, looking forward to make a difference. But in the path selection is generally from its own point of view, the path planning process in the form of a relatively simple. Or the use of geographical advantages to strive for strategic high ground to emphasize the advantages of interoperability and interoperability; or to emphasize the country's channel economy and the lack of its own industrial structure analysis. Therefore, in- depth analysis of the relationship between industrial agglomeration and economic growth in Jilin province into the "the Belt and the Road", to enhance the Northeast Asia regional cooperation to the high level of evolution. Short term utility will play a reference to other provinces; long-term utility will make the north line in the process of promoting the strategic release of dividends. And the internal will form a joint force, the degree of cooperation between foreign countries to participate in the national level will be enhanced so that achieve the strategic connotation of "the Belt and the Road" interoperability, mutual prosperity.
