摘要
以国内某厂研制的现场可编程逻辑器件为例,结合其具体应用场景,基于信号完整性仿真、热可靠性仿真、振动仿真技术,在典型航空环境条件下,将其与国外器件进行定量对比分析,从性能及可靠性方面对国产集成电路器件做出替代可行性分析。结果表明,替代后与国外器件相比,过冲和振铃现象有所加重但取决于外围数字电路阈值,整板和器件温度稍有上升,加速度响应与替换前相当,集成电路随机振动位移变小。结果为电子元器件的国产化替代验证提供了有价值的借鉴。
A field programmable logic device developed by domestic factory is illustrated as an example,combined with an specific application scenarios,signal integrity,thermal reliability and vibration simulation technology,on the condition of the environmental conditions typical of aviation,a comparative analysis with the alternative foreign device is provided with respect to the performance and reliability,and thus make a feasibility analysis of domestic alternative integrated circuit device.The results show that the overshoot and ringing phenomenon are heavier after replacement,but depend on the threshold value of the peripheral digital circuit.The temperature of the whole plate and device rises slightly,and the acceleration response is equivalent to that before replacement.The random vibration displacement of integrated circuit is smaller.The results provide valuable reference for the substitution verification of electronic components.
