摘要
目的分析嗜酸性粒细胞性支气管炎患者的免疫球蛋白、炎性因子水平的变化情况。方法选择2015年7月-2016年4月医院收治的嗜酸性粒细胞性支气管炎患者40例(EB组),另选择同期入选普通支气管炎患者40例为对照组。采用免疫比浊法检测2组的Ig G、Ig A、Ig E等免疫球蛋白水平;应用ELISA法检测所有研究对象的白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素5(IL-5)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL-1)等炎性因子水平。比较2组的免疫球蛋白指标、炎性细胞因子的水平;比较EB组急性发作期与稳定期的血清炎性细胞因子水平。结果 EB组的Ig G、Ig A、Ig E等免疫球蛋白水平和IL-4、IL-5、TNF-α、IL-1等炎性因子水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EB组急性发作期的血清细胞因子水平显著高于稳定期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论嗜酸性粒细胞性支气管炎患者的免疫球蛋白、炎性因子处于高水平状态,与慢性咳嗽转归密切相关。
Objective To analysis the variety of immunoglobulin and inflammatory factor levels in patients with eosinophilic bronchitis. Methods Selected 40 cases patients with eosinophilic bronchitis from July 2015 to April 2016 as EB group. Selected 40 patients with common bronchitis as control group at the same time. Ig G、Ig A、Ig E were detected by immunoturbidimetry. IL-4,IL-5,TNF-α and IL-1 were detected by ELISA. After treatment,compared the level of immunoglobulins,inflammatory cytokines of EB group and control group. Compared the serum inflammatory factor levels of acute and stable periods in EB group. Results The level of Ig G、Ig A、Ig E and IL-4、IL-5、TNF-α、IL-1 in EB group were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. The serum cytokine levels of acute attack in EB group was higher than that of stable period,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Eosinophilic bronchitis patients have high levels of immunoglobulins and inflammatory factors,and is closely related to the outcome of chronic cough.
