摘要
目的调查不同地区老年人家庭用药认知与用药行为现况,以期为开展用药宣传指导提供现实依据。方法 2016年7-8月,便利抽样法选取A地区(江苏常州及周边农村地区)、B地区(福建三明及周边农村地区)的老年人600名为研究对象,采用自行设计问卷了解其安全用药的认知、行为。结果城乡老年人在用药认知方面存在明显的差异,城市老年人的正确率在34.8%～75.4%,农村老年人的正确率则在23.7%～64.0%。城乡老年人在"服药前是否检查保质期"及"是否使用过期药品"等9个问题的回答上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。A、B地区老年人在用药认知情况与用药行为,如"合用药物易致不良反应"、"中药也有不良反应"、"是否选购更贵的药"、"是否选购更新的药"等各方面的回答上的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论农村老年人在用药认知与行为方面均较城市老年人差,老年人用药安全仍存在问题,有待改进。
Objective To investigate the cognition and behavior of family medication among elderly residents in different areas,in order to provide evidence for medication guidance.Methods Totally 600 elderly residents were selected by convenience sampling method from region A（Changzhou city of Jiangsu and surrounging rural area）and region B（Sanming City of Fujian Province and surrounging rural area）.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the knowledge and behavior of safe medication Results The significant difference of medication cognition was found between the urban and rural elderly residents,with the accuracy rate of 34.8%-75.4%and 23.7%-64.0%respectively.Statistcal significance was also found in questions about‘whether checked the expiration date of drug before taking the medicine＇and‘have ever used expired medication＇（all P〈0.05）.Besides,there was statistically significant difference in answers to questions about cognition and behavior of medication,including‘combination of medicinces are more likely to cause adverse reactions＇,‘Chinese medicine also can lead to adverse reactions＇,‘whether to buy more expensive medications＇ and‘whether to choose latest medicine＇among elderly residents in region A and B（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The cognition and behavior of medication among the rural elderly residents are poorer than those of the urban elderly residents.However,there are still some problems about the safe medication by elderly people,which still needs to besolved.
