摘要
为提高患者用药依从性,避免门诊患者用药差错,建立微信公众号个性化用药指导服务的模式。利用医院微信公众号平台,建立用药指导模块,根据患者取药信息,提供用药指导服务;依照医嘱,定时推送用药提醒信息。建立个性化用药指导治疗服务后,千余名患者使用此项服务,门诊药房用药指导的患者满意度为99.84%。微信公众号的个性化用药指导服务可促进门诊用药指导的规范化,提高患者的用药依从性,减少门诊患者的用药差错,提高患者满意度。
This study was designed to improve the patients’ compliance and avoid medication errors in outpatients by the construction of personalized medical instruction services on a wechat platform Using wechat official account, the medical instruction services module was established After dispensing medicines, we can provide medication instruction, and push the information of information reminder on time according the medical orders. More than a thousand of outpatients have experienced the medical instruction services, and outpatient satisfaction on the medication instruction increased to 99.84%. The construction of personalized medical instruction services on a wechat platform can improve the patients’ compliance. avoid medication errors, and improve patients’ satisfaction.
