摘要
目的了解我国基于微信公众平台的公立医院药学服务实际状况,为推动我国个体化药学服务发展提供思路和参考。方法采用文献研究法梳理我国公立医院利用微信公众平台开展药学服务的内容及成效,并从团队建设、模块设置、编辑流程、辐射推广、应用效果等方面进行总结剖析。结果目前我国基于微信公众平台的公立医院药学服务以专业的药学团队为技术支持,以药学科普和用药咨询为主要服务内容,以严格的审核制度保障科普文章的科学性和易读性,用药教育内容经公众平台即时推送后以链式传播的方式在大众间阅读和转发。结论基于微信公众平台的药学服务能不限时空地普及安全用药知识,提供公众常见用药问题咨询通道,有助于提升公众健康用药意识,其应用前景广阔。建议可在运营团队、推送内容、功能模块和个性化药学服务方面作进一步改进。
Objective To investigate the actual status of pharmaceutical care in public hospitals based on WeChat in our country and provide references for promoting the development of individualized pharmaceutical care in China.Methods The method of literature review was used to sort out the contents and effect of pharmaceutical care model based on WeChat in our country.The team establishment,module setting,editing process,extensive promotion,application effect and other aspects of WeChat were analyzed and summarized.Results The pharmaceutical care model based on WeChat in our country was supported by a professional pharmacy team,with pharmacy science popularization and medication consultation as the main service content,and a strict review system to ensure the scientificity and legibility of popular science papers.The contents of medication education were instantly pushed onto public platforms and shared by publics through interlinking.Conclusion The pharmaceutical care based on the WeChat can popularize the knowledge of safe medication beyond the limitations of time and space,provide the public consultation channel for common medication problems,and help improve the public’s awareness of healthy drug use.Therefore,it has broad prospects.Additionally,it is suggested that further improvements can be made in terms of the operation team,push content,functional modules and individualized pharmacy services.
