摘要
基于2011—2016年欧盟28个国家的贸易面板数据,构建一套贸易便利化评估体系,测出欧盟国家的贸易便利化水平,采用拓展贸易引力模型,分析欧盟贸易便利化水平对中国进出口贸易的影响,并进一步分析贸易便利化各项指标的影响,明确未来贸易便利化改革方向。研究结果表明:贸易便利化水平对中国进出口贸易有正向作用且最显著,影响力大于伙伴国GDP、人口总数和两国距离等其他因素;电子商务环境在4项贸易便利化措施中影响最显著。
Based on the trade panel data of 28 EU countries from 2011 to 2016,a set of trade facilitation assessment system was built to measure the level of trade facilitation in EU countries. The impact of EU trade facilitation on Chinese import and export trade was analyzed by expanding trade gravity model,and this paper further analyzes the impact of various indicators of trade facilitation and clarify the direction of trade facilitation reforms in the future.The results show that the level of trade facilitation has a positive effect on Chinese import and export trade and it is the most significant,which is greater than other factors such as the partner country＇s GDP,the total population and the distance between the two countries. The e-commerce environment has the most notable impact among the four trade facilitation measures.
