摘要
以全球竞争力报告和透明国际有关数据为基础,运用口岸效率、海关环境、规章环境及电子商务4个指标衡量贸易便利化程度,测算了2012年我国和我国主要贸易伙伴国的贸易便利化水平。选取2012年我国对贸易伙伴国的单边出口横截面数据,运用引力模型对我国主要贸易伙伴国的贸易便利化水平与我国出口贸易之间的关系进行了实证分析,得出贸易伙伴国贸易便利化水平提高1%,会使我国出口贸易增加1.175%的结论。
On the basis of the related data from Global Competitiveness Report and Transparency International, this paper uses the port efficiency, customs environment, regulatory environment and e-commerce to measure the extent of trade facilitation, calculating the trade facilitation level of China and China＇ s major trade partners＇ in 2012. The paper selects the cross-sectional data of unilateral trade, using the gravity model to make a empirical analysis of the relationship between China＇ s major trade partners＇ trade facilitation level and China＇ s export. The paper con- cludes that when the trade facilitation level of China＇ s trade partners＇ raise by 1% , China＇ s export will increase 1. 175%.
