摘要
家园共育应充分考虑原生家庭的情感要素及其与幼儿园教育专业因素的结合,通过形成教育合力来促进幼儿的社会化和教育资源的整合。为保证家园共育的顺利实施,首先应重视家园沟通,消除家长和教师的教育分歧,然后在此基础上积极开展各种活动,提升家园共育的质量,促进幼儿健康和谐发展。
