摘要
我国的互联网教育在迅猛发展的同时,也存在着质量良莠不齐、侵害消费者权益、考试和学历认定存在障碍、不正当竞争等问题。对此,应把握互联网教育治理的良法之治、良法善治这一法治内涵,通过完善相关立法,建立互联网教育治理结构体系,以法治引领自治,进而实现互联网教育治理法治化。
With the rapid development of Internet Education in China,there are also problems of good quality and bad quality,infringement of consumers＇ rights and interests,obstacles in examinations and academic credentials,unfair competition and so on.In this regard,we should grasp the connotation of the rule of law of the good law of Internet Education Governance and good law and good governance.By perfecting relevant legislation,we should establish the system of Internet education governance structure,lead autonomy by the rule of law,and then realize the rule of law of Internet Education Governance.
