摘要
本文以软床钉架作业为研究对象,应用工业工程的流程程序分析方法,对软床钉架工序进行了详细分析,并运用"5W1H"、"ECRS四原则"总结了软床钉架作业中需要改善的流程问题。笔者针对目前流程中存在的各种不合理因素,提出了合理改善方案,从而减少各种资源浪费,使作业效率得到明显改善。
This article takes the soft bed frame work as the research object,a detailed analysis of the soft bed frame process procedure was conducted by applying process procedure analysis method of industrial engineering. The 5W1H and ECRS analysis techniques were applied to summarize the processes where improvements are needed. In response to the various unreasonable factors in the current process,some reasonable improvements have been proposed. As a result,various wastes of resources are reduced and the operating efficiency is significantly improved.
