摘要 为提高竹材采伐效率,提出了一种自走式轻型竹材采伐机的设计方案,利用Solidworks软件对采伐机进行实体建模,确定了采伐机的整机结构,对其切削原理和切削功率的大小进行分析和计算,得出采伐机的切削功率为2.33 kW,总功率为4.32 kW。同时对采伐机的行驶稳定性进行分析,确定采伐机纵向行驶的最大爬坡角为23°,横向行驶的最大坡度角为47°,整机的转弯半径为0.581m。 In order to improve the efficiency of bamboo cutting, a design scheme of self-proplled light type bamboo cutting machine was put forward,and the solid modeling of the bamboo cutting equipment was carried out by Solidworks, the whole structure, cutting principle and cutting power of the machine were introduced in this paper. The cutting power of bamboo cutting machine was 2.33 kW and the total power was 4.32 kW. At the same time, the driving stability of bamboo cutting machine was analyzed qualitatively. The maximum slope angle was 23°, the maximum slope angle was 47°, and the turning radius was 0.581 m. Therefore, the machine can adapt to the complex terrain conditions in forest area, and has good driving stability.
