摘要
通过对国内外林区采伐设备的分析与研究,设计了一台外形尺寸仅有1557 mm×715 mm×988 mm的小型履带式单圆锯小径木采伐机。介绍了该机的整体结构、工作原理,分析和计算了该机行走时所需的牵引力、额定功率、林间通过性以及最小转弯半径,并对其主要的工作装置主轴旋转组合刀具进行了设计分析,其锯片的布置方式可以避免产生"夹锯"现象;同时对采伐机的行驶稳定性进行了分析,得出了影响其稳定性的各因素之间的关系。通过计算得出整机纵向行驶的最大坡度角33.69°,不发生翻转的最大仰角为31.66°,最大越障高度为119.14 mm,最小转弯半径为0.97 m。该机外形尺寸小,便于在林间灵活穿行,结构简单便于操作,作业时工作人员距离被采伐木较远,安全性好,适合我国林区作业现状。
Through the analysis and research of forest harvesting equipment at home and abroad and a tracked single circular saw-based small-diameter wood harvester with a dimension of only 1 557 mm x 715 mm X 988 mm is designed,with the overall structure and working principle of the machine introduced,the traction,rated power,trafficability and minimum turning radius required for walking calculated and analyzed,the spindle rotation combination tools of its main working device designed and analyzed,the mode of saw blade arrangement able to avoid the uBinding^phenomenon;at the same time,the driving stability of the harvester is analyzed,with the relations between the factors affecting its stability obtained.The calculation shows that the maximum slope of angle of the whole machine while vertical driving is 33,69°,the maximum elevation angle involving no turnover is 31.66°,and the minimum turning radius is 0.97 m.This machine features a small size,flexible travelling through the forest,a simple structure,easy operation,long distance from the operator to the trees to be cut during operation,excellent safety and suitability for the forest operation status in China
