摘要 以毛竹竹丝为原料,探讨了3mm薄型竹丝刨花板的生产工艺。采用正交试验方法,分析了板坯密度、热压温度、热压时间和施胶量对薄型竹丝刨花板性能的影响。试验结果表明,板坯密度和施胶量对板材的主要性能影响显著,而热压温度和热压时间无显著影响。本研究为薄型竹丝刨花板生产制定的生产工艺参数为:板坯密度0.65g/cm^3,热压时间6min,热压温度130℃,施胶量10%。 Technology for 3mm thick bamboo wool board manufacture was studied,and the effects of board density,hot-pressing time,hot-pressing temperature and adhesive consumption on properties of the board were discussed through an orthogonal experiment.The results showed that board density and adhesive consumption had significant effects on board properties,but hot-pressing time and temperature had no significant effect. The optimum technology parameters for 3mm thick bamboo wool board were as follows:board density of 0.65g/cm^3,hot-pressing time of 6min,hot-pressing temperature of 130℃,and adhesive consumption of 10%.
