摘要
目的探讨品管圈管理方法在降低晚期恶性肿瘤病案书写缺陷率中的应用效果。方法科室成立品管圈活动小组,以"降低晚期恶性肿瘤病案书写缺陷率"为专题,2017年7月开始持续6个月的品管圈活动,绘制柏拉图、鱼骨图,利用5W1H的分析法制定对策,并将该次活动的目标值设定为3.13%。对比开展品管圈前后2017年1月-2017年6月与2017年7月-2017年12月的506和562份病案的缺陷率。结果绘制鱼骨图分析出13条39个方面的原因,利用5W1H的分析法制定20条对策,晚期恶性肿瘤病案书写缺陷率由实施品管圈活动前的8.33%降至2.85%,活动取得了良好的效果。结论开展品管圈活动,有效降低了晚期恶性肿瘤病案书写缺陷率,提高了晚期恶性肿瘤病案书写的及时、准确性和规范性,从而保证了医疗质量和医疗安全。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality management method in reducing the incidence rate of advanced malignant tumor. Methods To set up quality management circle activity team, in order to＂reduce the late malignant tumor medical record writing defects＂ for the project, last 6 months of quality control circle activities, draws the Bailatu, the fish bone map, uses the 5 W1 H analysis method to formulate the countermeasures,and set the target of the event to 3.13%. Results Draws 13 fish bones 39 reasons, using 5 W1 H analysis to formulate 20 countermeasures. In the advanced malignant tumor, the defect rate was reduced to 2.85% from 8.33% before the implementation of the activity, and the activity achieved good results. Conclusions To carry out quality control circle activities, effectively reduce the late malignant tumor medical record writing defects, greatly improving the advanced malignant tumor of the medical record writing standard and specification, accurately and in time so as to ensure the medical quality and medical safety.
