摘要
综合治疗是肿瘤治疗的发展方向,多学科协作团队(MDT)治疗模式是进行肿瘤综合治疗的组织保障,是实现肿瘤个体化综合治疗的有效形式。它需要多学科的参与及不同学科对肿瘤专业的共同认识,更需要学科间的团结协作。本文通过对恶性肿瘤患者的多学科联合查房,最大限度地发挥多学科联合的学术和专业优势,对肿瘤病人的规范化、个体化治疗具有不可替代的重要作用,也是MDT治疗模式的核心内容之一。
Comprehensive treatment is the development direction of tumor treatment, and treatment model of muhidiseiphnary collaborative team （MDT） is the tissue protection of comprehensive treatment and effective form of achieving individualized and comprehensive treatment in which it requires multidisciplinary participation and common understand of different disciplines in tumor, but also needs unity and cooperation between disciplines.Multidisciplinary, ward rounds in malignant tumor can maximumly play the maltidisciplinary academic and professional strengths,play irreplaceable important role to individualized and comprehensive treatment for tumor patents,and also is one of the core areas of MDT.
