摘要
目的优选发酵蜣螂粉总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,测定其总黄酮的含量。方法采用乙醇回流法提取发酵蜣螂粉中的总黄酮,以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,在单因素考察基础上,通过正交实验法优选最佳提取工艺;并考察在最佳提取工艺下总黄酮的提取率。结果发酵蜣螂粉总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:提取温度90℃,料液比1:20,提取时间2.5h。在最佳工艺条件下,总黄酮的提取量为33.24mg·g^-1,回收率为97.28%,RSD=1.951%(n=5)。结论发酵蜣螂粉中总黄酮的含量丰富,乙醇回流提取总黄酮的方法操作简便、科学准确。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of the total flavonoids from fermented Catharsius molssus powders and to detect its total flavonoids. METHODS The refluxing method was used to extract the total flavonoids from fermented Catharsius molssus powders. The extraction rates of the total flavonoids were selected as the assessment indicators. Based on the single factor investigation, the optimal extraction process were determined by Orthogonal experiment. The extraction rate of the total flavonoids were determined under the optimal extraction process. RESULTS The optimal extraction process of the total flavonoids from the fermented Catharsius molssus powders were as follow:The extraction temperature was 90 ~C with the solid -liquid ratio of 1 : 20 and the extracting time of 2. 5 h. Under the optimum technological conditions,the total flavonoids extraction amount was 33.24 mg·g-1 and the recovery was 97.28% with the RSD of 1.951% ( n = 5 ). CONCLUSION Total flavonoids are rich in fermented Catharsius molssus powders. The method of ethanol reflux is convenient, scientific and accurate.
