摘要 利用微生物发酵中药是传统中药加工炮制的一种方法,很多发酵后的药物在临床取得了较好的疗效。药用真菌既是中药的组成部分,又是一种重要的微生物资源。文章将从四个方面探讨药用真菌发酵中药及复方的可行性,以期能进一步推广这种生物技术在中药炮制及复方配伍中的应用。 Using microbe to ferment Chinese herbs is a traditional method of processing traditional Chinese medicine. After being fermented, many herbs achieved good clinical efficacy. As one part of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, medicinal fun- gi is also an important microbial resources. This paper will discuss the feasibility of medicinal fungi to ferment Chinese herbs and compound from four aspects to further promote the application of the biotechnology in the processing of traditional Chinese medicine and compatibility of compound.
