响应曲面法优化微波提取小茴香总黄酮工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 为优化小茴香总黄酮的微波提取法,应用Design-Expert 8.0.5b软件的Box-Behnken响应面分析方案设计试验。结果表明:乙醇浓度、提取温度、液料比对小茴香总黄酮提取率的影响极显著,提取时间和液料比的交互作用、提取温度和液料比的交互作用的影响也达到显著水平,小茴香总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度56%、提取时间11min、提取温度62℃、液料比39(mL/g),在此条件下,小茴香总黄酮的提取率为1.3453%。 Box-Behnken design is applied to optimize the extraction of flavonoids from Foeniculum vulgare Mill..The research results show that ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and liquid-solid ratio would affect the extraction rate significantly;the interaction between extraction time and liquid-solid ratio,the interaction between extraction temperature and liquid-solid ratio reach significant levels.The optimum extraction conditions are as follows:ethanol concentration is 56%,extraction time is 11 min,extraction temperature is 62 ℃ and liquid-solid ratio is 39(mL/g).Under such conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids fromFoeniculum vulgare Mill.is 1.3453%.
