摘要
目的:为生产各种食用品、化妆品、医药药品等多糖新产品提供重要原料,研究小茴香多糖的提取和含量测定。方法:采用水提醇析的方法提取了小茴香中多糖,采用硫酸-苯酚法进行了糖含量测定。结果:多糖在484nm有最大吸收峰,求得其回归方程为A=0.097C+0.1024,相关系数r=0.9997;平均回收率为98.07%,RSD=0.213%(n=5)。结论:小茴香中多糖含量为3.126%。
Objective: To provide important raw material for all kinds of new Polysaccharides used in food products,cosmetic and Leechdom etc. Study on the measurement of Polysaccharides from Cumin and the con dition of extraction. Methods:Cumin of Polysaccharides was extracted from Xiheri-Dgeda with hotwater-etha noL depositmethod and its content was determined by phenol-sulphuric acidmethod(k= 484nm). Results: The X max for the pigment was 484nm. The regression equation is A=0. 097C+0. 1024 and coefficient of correla tion r=0, 9997,The content of polysaccharide is 3. 126G and the average recovery is 98. 07%,RSD=0. 213%(n= 5). Conclusion: The content of polysaccharide is 3. 126%.
