摘要
宣钢装备3台360m^2烧结机,但投产以来主要技经指标在河钢集团内处于中下游水平,为此从稳定原料质量、烧结矿成分优化控制、设备设施功能完善、科技支撑体系建设、新技术应用等方面开展工作,烧结各项技经指标取得较大提升。
There are three 360m2 sinter machines in Xuansteel, but the main technical and economic indexes have been in the middle and lower level of HBIS group since they were put into production. Hence, work has been carried out in terms of stabilizing the quality of raw materials, optimizing the control of sinter composition, improving the function of equipment and facilities, building a scientific and technological support system and applying of new technology, etc. , and various technical and economic indexes of sintering have been improved greatly.
