摘要
2015年以来,发改委逐步放开原油进口配额,地方炼厂原料得到了很大改善,加工方案发生了变化。因行业竞争加剧,炼厂采取多种措施,追求综合效益最大化。以某炼厂为例,2014-2017年期间,通过优化生产流程,调整装置结构,技经指标明显改善。
Since 2015, the NDRC has gradually liberalized the import quotas of crude oil, the raw materials of local refinery have been greatly improved and the processing scheme has been adjusted. Due to the intensifying industry competition, the refinery is undertaking a variety of measures to pursue the maximum comprehensive benefits. Taking a refinery for an example, in 2014-2017 the technical indexes of this refinery were obviously improved through optimizing the production process and adjusting the structure of the device.
